It is difficult to put into words how I feel about this company. The easiest way would be to use a thesaurus in reference to the word “Caring”. This company cares. Whether the term is used from the client perspective, the technology that we incorporate into our daily lives, or the people that exist within the organization that make it such a great place to work; quite simply put, I feel as though this is nirvana.
I’m not going to lie to you, if you are the type of person that accepts the bar as-is instead of raising it, then this place is not for you. Innovation here is rewarded. Ambition is accepted with open arms. Dedication and perseverance are a must. If you have an idea, speak it. You can easily make this a coaster job if you so see fit, but that would be selling yourself short of the opportunities to shine. I would not recommend it. There are a ton of opportunities here to shine, you must seize it. Do you want to go to Vegas for a conference that you are passionate about? We have funds for that. Do you want to take a course to better your career? Take the class free of charge (up to $2,000).
The CEO is passionate when it comes to business processes. The COO is one of the smartest people I know and will help guide you through this field, if you do not resist. The secret? This company respects confidence with supplemental facts to support your claim. If you are the type of individual that expects to walk into a room and be the smartest person in that room, you will be sorely mistaken. This company is stacked from the top to the bottom. Surround yourself with smart people, my fellow humans; you can get that here. Do not accept mediocrity.

Pro/Con - The company is small. I like it. Others are bothered by it. Nonetheless, it's just a matter of time before we grow beyond 100 people. Lucky to be here for the ride.
