Pros
Pros - very few...great co worker and snacks, close to decent lunch spots
Cons
Cons - micromanaged work environment and attendance policy, high turnover. The struggling performance as a company often time is causes by drastic changes that dont take employees into considerations. 99% of these decisions are 100% made by the owner of EPD (red flag). Also, its in the back of an apartment complex?? Feels super weird.
