Pros

High Energy Fast paced environment allows for exciting work environment with an emphasis on teamwork. Concept is challenging for the best managers in a way that motivates and rewards effort. Growth and success of concept is great incentive for all levels of employee which enriches the work environment for all

Cons

Workload can be demanding for those wanting to be top performers. Work life balance is only downside, but rewards can be worth the sacrafice. Its less a con than it is a reality of the dynamics of this unique concept.

Clean work environment. Uniforms provided.

Cons

Not allowed breaks. Not allowed to eat even when working an 8+ hour shift. People who have earned promotions or opportunities are overlooked due to age. Youth is the face of the company. If you are over 25 you are going nowhere unless you're a friend or relative.

Working at PDQ was a fun experience and the managers aren't always down your throat. They really try to make it a fun work place. Every morning before your shift, you have a little work meeting and they encourage you to be your best. You get 50% off when on shift Room for advancement Cross training Really flexible with schedule

Cons

There aren't enough hours (depends on location) You can't use your discount on to-go orders
