Number 1 leader in Safety Violations. No work life balance.

Company truck for personal use.

Cons

Worked in the EESS division. Horrible management. Director has no sense of time or personal space. Had several meetings with higher ups asking the question why the consistent turnover was for ever 1 employee hired 2 people left the company. The only thing Eaton leads is the electrical OEM standard for most jobsite related safety violations.
