Pros

-No office to report to. During downtime you’re working at Home -They match up to 6% on 401k contributions -Some jobs take about 2-4 hours to complete and you’re free to go home. -Good management -Coworkers are great -You get commission on some parts and services sold to customers. May have to split with others.

Cons

-You may have to travel to east coast for training. Each training is 1-1.5 weeks long. May have to do some training back to back. -if you have little kids scheduling around pick up and drop off is challenging without help. -Don’t expect big raises but consistent.
