Business Outlook
Pros
Good company to work for with great benefits. Sales team will receive ample training in order to succeed with a small enough customer base and territory to take away most obstacles.
Cons
As with any large company, any changes are extremely difficult and slow to implement. Re-orgs are too common, which result in trying to refocus the sales team, whether your team is already successful or not. They also have a strong focus on the stockholders, which sometimes (specifically in Q4 nearly every year) this is at the detriment of the employees (i.e. pausing 401k matching, freezing expense accounts, etc.)
