No structure and no processes

Let’s start off with saying this is the most toxic, hostile work environment I have ever worked in, everyone is out to get you. Management and the union are too involved that nothing gets rectified. They only “help” certain people, rules only apply to certain people and having seniority only matters in certain circumstances. “Quality” isn’t their number one priority like they preach, (which should be while making life saving equipment) and management has no idea what is going on, and they will own up to that. Sales and buyers are just out to get their loaded monthly checks while the IPT’s are working long hours with no benefits. Health insurance is garbage. Think twice before applying to this company.
