Pros

Formally Cobham Mission Systems which was recently acquired by Eaton. The existing flexible working is ok, with a reasonable bonus scheme and good pension contributions. It remains to be seen how the takeover will affect this.

Cons

Can be difficult to work and share information across project teams. Processed are not as streamlined as they could be.
