Pros

Allows one to grow from a Technical knowledge base if interested with the tuition reimbursement program. Flexible start time Travel the world and see places that I would have never expected Interact with multicultural people.

Cons

No flexibility on work schedule. Would love to work 4-10 or off every other Friday. Lack of standardization across business units. Same philosophy is not shared throughout.

It the good ole boys club. If you haven't been there 10+ years, Don't offer new ideas. You will be micromanaged by managers who have no experience in your area, They are manager because of their ability to smile and nod yes. HR will ALWAYS side with upper management despite the lack of credibility. They preach culture, however the culture is to tear you down.I left every day feeling defeated, unappreciated and belittled. Absolutely no communication or standardization in manufacturing processes. Shop Supervisors and Planners are scapegoats for upper managements' total lack of leadership. Worst experience of my 30 year career.
