      Pay is good for the area and some of the work is very interesting

      Too many managers and not enough engineers

      Engineers have high workload, almost no formal training

      Pros

      Benefits, paid time off and some holidays. Testing and assembly of products on site. Great team of people who currently work in the engineering department.

      Cons

      No training program for new engineers. They are almost immediately assigned to a project and than thrown off the boat to either sink or swim. Engineers are overloaded. Often forced to work overtime to meet unrealistic project milestones and delivery dates.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good. Not amazing, but definitely good. The engineering team is friendly and helpful and the best part of this company by far.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a learning curve that can really cause some strenuous hours. This can really take away from your personal life and increase your stress levels.
