Cons

Company does not seem to value your personal time. The short staffing is a huge issue and employees are expected to pick up the slack. Doesn't pay overtime until after 12 consecutive hours. Most places pay overtime after 8 consecutive hours.

The work culture, benefits and flexibility are great! Management is receptive to improvement ideas and actively works on employee engagement.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth in the accounting department. Deadlines are pretty tight in the beginning of the month, but the last week is pretty quiet.
