      Pros

      Great residents, a lot of really good floor nurses

      Cons

      Management was not strong, Floor managers had little idea what was going on outside of their offices. There was a serious lack of understanding of what various shifts experienced and advice was neither sought or heeded.

      no parking, horrible pay, horrible management, they treat their employees like their sole purpose in life is to work, staff very rough with kids, little parent involvement, ive seen teachers borderline abuse kids and nothing gets done about it so im done

      Pros

      Good management team at each individual facility. Most facilities are beautiful inside. Residents are great. Good nursing team.

      Cons

      Always short on aides. HR and management does not support individual career growth. Reached out to HR to assist in transferring to different departments for career growth and experience and no replies. Pay and benefits are much lower than if you work with Fairview. Ebenezer has their own benefits and pay scale which is misleading.
