      Pros

      Opportunities for growth. Caring management. Fun working environment. Intergenerational programming. Lots of laughter - even during stressful times.

      Cons

      You make your work experience what you want it to be. I don't have any cons as I can communicate and work together with others if needed to come to a resolution. I don't focus on the cons. Be the change you want to be in your workplace.

      We are mission driven, open to ideas, fun, friendly and truly care about our work, our teams and our seniors. People go the extra mile to help others. It's rewarding work.

      Cons

      Covid has been hard on senior living communities and their team members. New regulations, changes to protocols, etc. have caused people to pivot frequently.
