      This company is values and mission driven. Top management is stellar - super smart, very hard-working, with hearts in the right place. Happy to see work on diversity, equity and inclusion happening.

      Cons

      Like all healthcare, things can get very stressful, and this has been exacerbated during the pandemic.

      Opportunities for growth. Caring management. Fun working environment. Intergenerational programming. Lots of laughter - even during stressful times.

      Cons

      You make your work experience what you want it to be. I don't have any cons as I can communicate and work together with others if needed to come to a resolution. I don't focus on the cons. Be the change you want to be in your workplace.
