Good org, dedicated to senior living. Good bonuses and I did get raises as a high schooler.

Cons

Sometimes it can be tough work and hard on mental health. Very high attrition rate.

- The staff here is very nice and friendly. - Teamwork here is amazing. - Residents are really well taken care of. - Strict Attendance policy but it’s worth the job.

Cons

- Residents are kind of rude so you’ll have to have a very high tolerance.
