Nursing and Maintenance staff do their jobs well when they are there Low workload

Cons

Complete and utter lack of any competence from all other departments besides nursing and maintenance. Poor training, no access to work email after six months, leading to a wild goose chase of Fairview IT desk communication between departments is practically nonexistent Non-nursing staff constantly insulting each other behind their backs RAs don't do their job if they're there at all No HR Directors don't give needed information to staff
