      Pros

      Great work culture and many opportunities for growth. Work sites across the metro area. Rewarding work in a casual, but professional, work atmosphere. Competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Cross department and cross community communication is not always the best. Many challenges associated with a growing company and growing community.

      Pros

      Great financial assistance program- Scholarship for education program . Great nursing team. Work collaboratively together and willing to help out if you ask for help. The residents are nice too.

      Cons

      Turn around time is fast for RNs causing shortage of staff. Sometimes leadership positions get mixed up. Don't know who is who. The job descriptions of administrative personnel need to be clearly stated.
