Pros

I’ve worked in places where people talk down to you. Not here. Management treats us like professionals. The team respects each other and we get the job done. My supervisor is always around to lend a hand when things get heavy. The benefits are good and pay is fair. I’ve been here three years and have no plans of leaving.

Repetitive issues surfaced because underlying problems were not addressed. The pressure to perform without sufficient backing led to stress and burnout. Over time, the imbalance between demand and support made the environment unsustainable.

Decent compensation and nice perks, including discounts. Easygoing boss and a lot of flexibility in the work schedule.
