Pros

Echo is a great company to start your career. There is always an opportunity for you to grow and you have good challenges everyday that you can learn a lot from. The whole company is like a big family with a leading president who would have an eye on all your accomplishments. You can feel the appreciation in every successful step of your job. The president is the lead of the company who has made this great culture.

Cons

Pays are not based on San Diego and not comparable with other healthcare companies in here.

Pros

As anywhere, there are great people who you love to work with. work environment is casual, flexible, good work/life balance. Fun events on occassion.

Cons

Pay not competitive for San Diego/Chicago/Boulder offices. For a healthcare company the health benefits are poor. Company is managed from the top down. Teams/employees are not empowered. Not a normal "startup" environment as they would like you to believe. If you have more than 3-5 years of experience go somewhere else.

Pros

Company culture and people are great. Hours are felxible, benefits are decent, although 401k match would be nice. Nature of work is rewarding and lays the ground to learn a lot. Overall great company to work for.

Cons

WARNING: Data Analyst title is a misnomer. You will not be performing any 'analysis'. This position is entirely custom SQL script requests, and data migrations using a homegrown built 'import module'.
