Pros

Echo is a great company to start your career. There is always an opportunity for you to grow and you have good challenges everyday that you can learn a lot from. The whole company is like a big family with a leading president who would have an eye on all your accomplishments. You can feel the appreciation in every successful step of your job. The president is the lead of the company who has made this great culture.

Cons

Pays are not based on San Diego and not comparable with other healthcare companies in here.

Perfect company for people starting out in their careers, straight after college. Great people work there, they foster a family environment and everyone knows each other.

Cons

Being a relatively smaller company, the pay scale and benefits can be an issue for some people. On-boarding can be improved.
