Business Outlook
Pros
Colleagues are great and fun to work with. Some extra curricular activities make it fun. Industry leader makes growth very achievable.
Cons
Compensation and benefits are poor. Salaries are not competitive within region. 401k is lousy. And health insurance is expensive and lacking which is ironic for a health tech company. The mantra is "we are a startup" yet the atmosphere and culture does not reflect that. Biggest issue is lack of clarity from department managers. No one communicates and it seems that there is not a collective end goal.
