Pros

The flexible hours, great team, and learning environment make it a pleasure to work here. All departments have some sort of contact with one another making it easy to network with others and really get a solid understanding of the product/overall goal

Cons

There's no published career ladder.

A fantastic group of smart and driven but humble and 'real' employees and leaders. Excellent management communication. Very timely recognition on your effort, wins and contribution.

Cons

Can feel like a few separate companies at times across the different offices.
