Don't be fooled by the smoke & mirrors

Pros

Benefits package were the best part of the company, and the only reason many stayed.

Cons

The company is extremely conservative in their beliefs. If you are a female, don't look to move up the ladder or to be treated fairly. If you are among the marginalized, don't expect to be treated fairly. If you stand up for yourself and others and simply feel management should be decent humans, don't even consider this company for employment. It's a game of smoke and mirrors, with zero support from HR from Springfield Electric or their parents company, Sonepar.
