If I had to guess you’re looking at this applying for your first job out of college. As of right now Echo has a 3.9 on Glassdoor. The only reason for that is because they give their employees “points” for giving reviews and you have to send screenshots to HR that’s the only reason it’s that high. Next most of you I’m assuming are just focused on getting your first sales job and aren’t too concerned on the industry. I wouldn’t recommend logistics due to the high amount of competition you’ll have when you’ll want to leave (around 95% of people do) BUT if you do decide on doing logistics please go to any other company. The commission here is terrible. It’s an actual joke. You are making 4% commission while every other company is at 20%. They don’t care about you here. All they’re worried about is trying to sell the company.
