Pros

I really like my job at Echo. I work with great people and the day flies by. All my friends complain about their jobs and are jealous when I say good things about work

Cons

Benefits could be a little better

Pros

None about work, only good thing was the friends I made

Cons

Everything you could imagine about a job. If you’re a fresh college graduate, look at any other company or sales job.

Pros

Met some wonderful colleagues! Decent benefits, lunch on site

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant within the Finance Operations Department. Being laid off without proper notice with being told they eliminated an entire department of Account Coordinators, but hand picked certain employees that kept their jobs based off of personal relationships and being related to Supervisors and Managers is repugnant! Management is very unethical and unprofessional. They pillow talk with subordinates about employee’s pay rates, review ratings, personal feelings about certain employees, and employee’s that are on PIPs and Write-ups. When you voice your concerns to Management they fall on deaf ears, but once you escalate repeated concerns to HR you then become a target of retaliation!

We understand this was a difficult event, and it was unfortunate that the event occurred during any individuals day off. As a company we do what we can to ensure all employees receive the same message at the time an event such as this takes place. In regards to your concerns on information being shared about other employees we take this very seriously to ensure all conversations are confidential. If there is an instance in particular that something was shared and should not have been please feel free to email us back at HR@echo.com. In addition, our legal team was instrumental with how the decisions were made of those impacted to ensure we were in compliance, fair and consistent. All employees had the opportunity to apply to the remaining open positions, and applicants were given equal opportunity in review and selection for the roles. Again, please reach out to HR@echo.com should you have any additional questions or information you would like to share.
