Investing in Their Future

Pros

I started with the company in 2018. They flew me out to Chicago and put me up for three weeks during our paid training/onboarding phase. They invest in their employees and promote team selling.

Cons

Freight market is a grind and fluctuates a lot. Building your portfolio requires time on the phone making cold calls. You need to be able save during the hot markets to survive down ones.
