Fun office culture overshadowed by favoritism and lack of care

Cool office, and the people there are fun

Cons

At the end of the day, you are a rat in a cage to them. As long as you bring them new business, they don't care if you leave. Only care about the Echo "Lifers," as they call them. The people who started working in logistics before COVID hit and flipped the market upside down.

Its a job but the industry is stagnating.

Great coworkers, hybrid work environment

Cons

pay is really starting to lag especially with yearly commission structure changes, several rounds of downsizing over the last few years, churn and burn culture, stagnant - nowhere to grow. It's become a dead-end job with a hard income ceiling after the first three years.
