Really aren't any other tha. Pay couls be a little higher, but i think that is everywhere.

Pros

I stared with no idea what I was getting into, and they trained me and supported my learning and growth. Echo provides a good balance for work and personal life, and the management is supportive of your needs. You have autonomy on your growth; what you put in, you get back. You start with a base pay and get commissions and bonuses on top of that. I've seen my pay increase every month. Good benefits, PTO, and remote work opportunities.

Cons

The job itself can be a lot to handle. You (hope to) have a lot of clients to manage and that can get difficult at times. Making sales calls can be daunting, and dealing with freight issues can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming.
