Pros

I started out of school and it has helped me learn about the industry and engineering in general. They seem to be steady and in it for the long run.

Cons

Projects are inconsistent and pay should be higher. Runs clunky as it is a large company

Pros

Good company to work. A lot of good, talented people that are taking the job seriously. Very controversial cultures create a specific working atmosphere. Fun place to work with dissent benefits.

Cons

The company main goal is to build reliable electronics as cheap as possible, which put all products in the yesterday technology. Concentrated only on specific services.

Pros

You can be part of a lot of cool projects

Cons

Executive management doesn't really want to change or improve things. If you want to do things the right way or improve things, you will highly likely be met with either resistance or empty promises.
