Pros

I interned there during summer and it was a incredible experience. The work atmosphere was great for learning and working together. Unlike many companies where interns are hired to develop some small tools, here inters are allowed to work in major projects which provides a great overall learning experience. I would love to return to the company.

Cons

I don't see any specific downsides to working here

Initial impression - solid ''meh' so far

Pros

Recently started (week 6 impression) - average organization so far. Work-life balance seems to be balanced. I don't see people working 15hr days, so that is a plus from where I was before. Initial impression is that there is plenty of room for process improvement and streamlining, but it seems that maintaining the old ways may be trumping forward progress. Don't know yet if this a corporate philosophy or just a local management issue.

Cons

Health benefits are expensive; paying twice what I left for a less comprehensive program. Recommend asking about benefits before accepting the offer so that you can compare apples to apples.
