Pros

This place is a revolving door, so always room to get hired. Constantly hiring people because no one ever ends up staying. Competitive pay at first sight. Then you start working for them and you realize that the pay doesn't match up to the work environment that you have to put up with. Guaranteed and required overtime.

Cons

This company is down right awful to all of their employees. When I got hired on I did a training with 30+ people. Not one of them still works for Dish Network (EchoStar).

Pros

The work is interesting and there's plenty of it.

Cons

HR does stupid and annoying things, like timesheets for engineers - ugh. The benefits generally suck. Management knows they suck and doesn't care. Management makes classic mistakes, like adding people to a late project.

Pros

Good group of people and very comfortable environment. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly as I came onboard. Genuinely interested in helping you get up to speed and contributing quickly. The benefits package is solid especially the tuition reimbursement program. Lots of nice perks working here with significant discount for a variety of services. Management allows people to do their job without micro managing day to day functions.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement and approval process is slow. I have only been with the company a short time but there seems to be a large number of contractors versus employees. Contractors make sense in certain cases but there are several they have been with the company for years. Would seem to make more sense to have them converted to employees to be more vested in the company.
