Leadership does not have a clear vision and mission, therefore expectations are not consistent. No true people management skills, or development opportunities for growth. Collaboration and information sharing is not supported- Information is a power tool

Pros

Flexible work times, decent work-life balance, lot of opportunities to learn & grow, lot of volunteering options, higher education options

Cons

Zero work from home options even on inclement weather days, sub par benefits, no green initiatives, making employees do work for extended hours for many months back-to-back due to bad estimates management provided is a norm here.

Pros

Pretty easy going working environment, and low pressure on compromising work/life balance.

Cons

Lacks competitive benefits package among the many high tech companies in the valley. Cramped, noisy work environment, sometimes difficult to find quiet time to focus on solving problems.
