Pros

Great people to work with. A lot of people have been with the company 10+ years and some more than 35 years. Salary is fair.

Cons

There is only one health insurance option and it is a high deductible plan. Vacation/sick days are less than local market. No telecommuting allowed.

Pros

Cool technologies, interesting work. Flex time, support for work-life balance, remote working possible.

Cons

Officially an Agile shop, but really just not much in the way of process or any kind. Cross team communication seems to be primarily about pointing the finger elsewhere. Lack of high level direction & planning for the product line. Hard to affect change. Poor communication.

Pros

Reputation in satellite industry and I liked the company because of telecom domain

Cons

Benefits are not good. Managers tend to play with their team members. Especially Indian managers exploit the work place. No flexibility. More work with limited resources. Downside no career advancements because of the barriers (Immediate managers).
