Pros

This place has legitimate engineering opportunities for techie types. Design, coding, testing, manufacturing, the gamut.

Cons

Pay and benefits are not that good, lots of pressure, relatively little positive feedback.

Pros

This place is a revolving door, so always room to get hired. Constantly hiring people because no one ever ends up staying. Competitive pay at first sight. Then you start working for them and you realize that the pay doesn't match up to the work environment that you have to put up with. Guaranteed and required overtime.

Cons

This company is down right awful to all of their employees. When I got hired on I did a training with 30+ people. Not one of them still works for Dish Network (EchoStar).
