Pros

Discount on TV Service. This used to be great company to work for with wonderful people until sales started to plummet.

Cons

No job security, lay offs every few months now. The best people are gone or on their way out. It's gotten very stressful, there is a sense of desperation within the company. Authorized retailers are dropping like flies. Zero transparency and little communication from the executive team as to what is going on or the direction of the day.

high call volume, strict quality assurance and KPIs, upselling required, robotic scripts, expected to be more than technical support
