Pros

Good salary, work life balance, nice people, fun product to work on, managers were all very approachable and supportive.

Cons

Facilities are not the best, very few job "perks", many onsite contractors can create a frustrating work experience due to turn over, management not always organized.

Pros

Not many. you do have a job

Cons

Over tasked and under paid. Glass ceiling. Not for someone with a family. Company doesn't really care about their employees. Benefits are not fair to their employees. One has to be there 15 years to get the leave one used to get after being there for 5 years, under Hughes. The buyout was actually a sellout. Shame on Hughes for doing that. No loyalty. Invisible ankle chains.
