Pros

Very clear career pathing and training. Internal mobility was promoted at all levels. Many programs for engagement.

Cons

The call center environment was not for me. I knew the job involved being on the phones all day, but working in technical support it became too much to be the punching bag for service interruptions and customer dissatisfaction.

Pros

Great people to work with. Always working on innovation and latest technologies. Free TV programming with participation in Beta program.

Cons

Lower than average pay. Difficulty on advancement opportunities. Better to leave and come back to get a decent raise.
