Pros

Great team of employees to work with. Flexible schedule between work and family Good opportunities for Jr. developers

Cons

Only one choice for medical insurance with a high deductible. Upper management don't care much about their senior employees. Multi billion company laid off a group of 100+ Engineers in Atlanta with no severance package, only provided two month notice, which is required by Georgia law.
