Waste of funding with this program, training is vague/minimal, employees sleeping on the job, no protection for employees, management does not enforce harassment policies. VERY disappointed with this company and the low pay for the expected work load.

The clients are typically good, funny, and attentive. Pay is decent if you do not need to support a family.

Cons

Administration does not care about you. Communication does not flow, and you’re issues you may bring up will then be turned around on you as to how you “did wrong” and need to “fix” your process.
