The environment is good I like the work

Cons

The way we get paid sucks the base pay is 12.50 a hour and we get incentive pay and it all goes in 1 pot so its split up among the other workers, so my question is why do I make the same amount of money that the other lumbers make and I'm a team lead its sucks .
