Pros
The object is to get in and get out quick but in doing so employees are worn out fast and lose any good moral they have
Cons
Salary is the biggest downside. a good hourly wage is good if it is based on 40 hours or more, but when there is no stability to the hours or idea or how much we will make we lose interest quickly. There is little loyalty to the employee, people get fired all the time even after being employed for a long time.
