Easy to get hired and find work, Simple job, just show up and work hard. Be ready to sweat and work long hours if during the busy season,

Cons

Management can be strange and sometimes makes really bad calls. They will fudge numbers to hit "bonuses" so it's kind of shady in that way.

Leadership does not stand behind what they say, company culture being about the people is non existing. Sr. Leadership will attack you personally creating hostile work environment. New CEO Brian K is not engaged and doesn't hold Sr Leadership accountable.
