      Pros

      Freedom to perform the job tasks; Interact openly/regularly with accounting, engineering, union, lab/quality assurance, maintenance, planning, production, safety & environmental, and the warehouse/logistics; field employees will eventually get rewarded; diversity is encouraged.

      Cons

      unclear job descriptions; job and department goals too high given their own budget, equipment, ergonomic & procurement constraints; reducing the number of full-time employees.

      Pros

      The people are are great way to spend your time at work. With a great supervisor an employee can accomplish just about anything

      Cons

      Some of the Customer Service Agents are a bit snobby to not only their co workers but to the customer as well

      Pros

      Work alone, set my hours, company car and laptop, high quality products to sell, always a new product or service to present to the customer, customer base was great, many opportunities to grow my business.

      Cons

      On Call 24/7 M-F, On Call one weekend a month covering multiple districts, Gas allowance too low, training poor or non existent (since changed, but still not great) Management will not stand behind you if there is a problem, Promotions slow or not forthcoming, Sales goals set with no field input, sales pushes at quarter ends are usually unobtainable, Strong sense of "What Have You Done For Me Lately" mentality, where past performance is quickly forgotten as soon as the calendar changes
