It is one of the best paymaster PSU now. Perks,health education to children ,other real ted benefits are better than any state government organization. I can work freely in down grade. You can work to a goal . Working environment is good.

Cons

Those who are working on line ,they are working hard dedicated & getting pressure time to time but those are not working , they enjoying all benefit also. The credit of working in down stream goes to the higher people if every thing O.K., If any wrong then bl ems comes to the worker and credit goes to boss. Human touch is lagging now. The top looking for short term benefit.

I worked at Ecolab for around 6 months. I was working at ISS pest control which ecolab aquired. I must say the set up was brilliant. I visited Caerphilly and was amazed with the dedicated team. Everyone was very helpful. ISS, RENTOKIL and CANNON PEST CONTROL. Have a long way to go. I only left as I decided to start up my own business.

Cons

Great training. Dedicated team. If you needed anything you got it.
