      Not the worst but definitely room for improvement

      Pros

      It's a fast growing company with very high potential. They've been focusing their attention on M&A to diversify and gain share of the market.

      Cons

      The culture is rigid and seems slow to adapt to changing times. There are very few women in positions of power and it doesn't seem like this will be changing anytime soon.

      Pros

      Strong growth and performance culture. There are many opportunities for people who are willing to work hard and produce results. I found their remuneration to be fair.

      Cons

      Ecolab can be a very demanding place to work. I found work / life balance was difficult to achieve. The company will take as much as you give it in its effort to drive year on year growth. It is up to you to say enough as their focus over recent years has gone away from looking after its people first.
