Stable company, no current issues around layoff or shutting down

Cons

They pride themselves in equal opportunity. They meet numbers of whatever minority or gender they are pushing at the time for promotions and ignore the rest. In reality they don’t care about employees. They just make publicity to appear like they do

The pay was average at least.

Cons

1. They have extremely restrictive policies regarding taking annual leave. I was lied to by talent acquisition regarding these. 2. I was harassed by a male colleague and HR dismissed the complaint and set a review in place of myself the day after I reported the issue. 3. Management is very disorganized. This will ultimately be your fault and problem and an employee. 4. Healthcare is extremely expensive and benefits are minimal. 5. You do not matter to the company. The budget is the only thing that matters.

Before covid, Ecolab was a great company. Flexible hours, decent vacation time, solid benefits.

Cons

Diminishing opportunities, the pay is terrible, extremely stressfull.
