Love Choice hate Econo Lodge

No pros. Well there is one atleast we get paid but no benefit

Cons

Manager hiring his family members paying them more than the employees he has working. They stay taking vacation while the employees do double shifts without getting paid overtime. He just add the hours to his other property when we dont even work at his other property. When he was told about what he was doing he stated he was the law and he didnt have to follow our laws

This company offers a very friendly staff, amazingly clean workplace, and lots of room for growth opportunities. Very pleasurable place to work

Sometimes Dealing with difficult customers is hard however we always aim to provide a good customer experience

great people to work for i love my job they work around my schedule not to hard for the work we do.

Cons

dont get paid enough, not PTO, no benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401k also not a big fan of giving raises and what not
