Location. It wasn't too far from my home.

Cons

Low pay/unreliable coworkers (not all of them, though)/no health benefits/ didn't automatically provide basic supplies such as gloves/unpredictable schedule/ Work there for just a short time to give yourself some experience, and then find a new job asap.
