Good place to start
Pros
free continental breakfast, lots of opportunities to learn and the company is good about letting you learn at your own pace. Two work-from-home days per week. Friendly and helpful coworkers that really know their stuff. Overall and exciting team with almost guaranteed advancement after one year of employment.
Cons
low pay compared to other agencies. Benefits fell short of what was sold during the interview/on boarding process. WFH days and work hours are not very flexible despite the role being nearly 100% online/virtual. "company match" is a very low percentage and is vested over 5 years. Vacation is accrued, not earned per calendar year, so basically you can't take any PTO until you've worked there for 6 months. Paid sick leave is only 2 days per year. A lot of policies seem to be built on mistrust/watch-dogging employees, which makes you feel like the owner doesn't care for the well-being or retention of their employees.
