Pros

The administration and the staff are all wonderful, and make the working environment very positive. I really enjoyed my time here.

Cons

The one negative about this job was that the pay was not very high, so it wasn't a very livable wage.

Pros

Good hours (6a-2:15p, 2p-10:15p, 10p-6:15a) Easy system to trade shifts or pick up additional shifts. PTO accrues fairly quick.

Cons

PTO is hard to get granted; it takes multiple requests and often ends up in an unfavorable compromise (i.e. picking up an additional shift). Rude coworkers and a very negative environment. Shifts are constantly talking bad about each other to management rather than each other. No praise from management or administration. Minimal annual raises, especially for the aides. No opportunities for growth.
